Information Technology and Communication

The information technology and communication are a set of services, networks, software and devices that aim to improve the quality of life of people within an environment, and that integrate a system of interconnected and complementary information. This innovation will help break down barriers between each of them.
Information Technology and Communication ( ICT) are a single concept in two different variants as the main premise of study in the social sciences where such technologies affect the way of life of societies. Its use and abuse comprehensive to denote modernity has led to completely erroneous views of the origin of the term.
Computer Science are responsible for the design, development, deployment, storage and distribution of information through the use of hardware and software as computer system resources. Most of the above technologies do not deal as such.
As sociological concept and not refer to computer knowledge necessary to refer to the use of multimedia computer to store, process and disseminate all kinds of information , telematics, etc. for different purposes ( educational training, organization and business , decisions in general, etc..).

For example democracy and new technologies information and communication (NTIC ) are two concepts that travel in one direction, while democracy is the spirit of ICTs are methods, resources, freedoms to provide transparency to the efforts government.
